1 turkey
Water to cover over the turkey
1 onion (picked)
1 tea spoon salt
For wiping:
2 onion water
1 sweet spoon cumin
1 tea spoon black pepper
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 tea spoon salt
½ cups filtered yogurt
1 tablespoon clarified butter or butter
For Over Tray:
2 cups of water which the turkey is boiled

Cooking: Prepare and cook just like partridge
Partridge Kebab
1 partridge
Water for covering the partridge
1 onion (picked)

1 sweet spoon cumin
1 tea spoon black pepper
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 tea spoon salt
½ cups filtered yogurt
1 tablespoon clarified butter or butter
For Oven Tray
2 cups of boiled water
Together:
Rice
Clean the partridge and wash it up. Boil it in water with an onion. Take put add salt and boil it for ten minutes more. Take the juice of the onion, stir it with the spices, wipe it on partidge. Then knead the butter and yoghurt and rub over partridge then put on the tray. Add the boiling water. Then spoon over the water on the top of the partridge. Serve when it gets fried.
Note You can remove the water of the onion by grate as it is today.
