Boil salt with broth, add bulgur, cover lid. For 3 minutes, cook in heavy heat and for 5 minutes cook in low heat, then cook till the bulgur is free-from water. Fry the buttter in the pan, add the butter on, rest for 20 minutes in very light heat. Set the plate and serve.
